Coins from US Mints wants every order to arrive as expected. If there’s an issue with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the guidelines below.
Eligibility
- Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition received, with any original packaging included.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale items, custom listings, or items marked “as-is” may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

- If the return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
- For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
- Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping and insurance included in the item price are not guaranteed to be refundable.
- Use a trackable shipping method for any return shipment.
