Coins from US Mints wants every order to arrive as expected. If there’s an issue with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition received, with any original packaging included.
  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items, custom listings, or items marked “as-is” may not be eligible for return.

 

How to Request a Return

  • If the return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and packaging.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

 

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping and insurance included in the item price are not guaranteed to be refundable.
  • Use a trackable shipping method for any return shipment.
